tucson
During the summer of 2010, I braved the desert heat in Tucson, Arizona, and relaxed after a long five years spent acquiring my master’s degree from Kansas State University. It was a brief three months that did not lend nearly enough time to fully explore the experiential landscape. Tucson, a city filled with its desert dwelling, leather skinned inhabitants, and encompassed by seemingly impenetrable mountain ranges, provided me with the inspiration of a new and foreign landscape’s beauty.
